1. UK Delivery Coverage
We deliver to all residential and commercial addresses across the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands & Islands, and Crown Dependencies (Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey).

3. Dispatch Timelines
- Orders placed Monday through Friday before 14:00 GMT are packed and dispatched on the same business day from our UK fulfillment center.
- Orders placed after 14:00 GMT or on weekends and UK Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the following business day.
4. Tracking & Notification
Every parcel is dispatched with end-to-end tracking. You will receive an automated email and SMS containing your Royal Mail or DPD tracking number and direct lookup link as soon as your order leaves our facility.
5. Damaged or Delayed Packages
If your delivery has not arrived within 5 business days of dispatch or arrives damaged, contact our UK Customer Support team at parth.mehta@bfuturecompany.uk with your order reference number. We will immediately investigate with the carrier and dispatch a free replacement.
