These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all sales of products and use of the website vanyaearth.co.uk operated by B FUTURE INNOVATION UK LTD (trading as "Vanya Earth").

By browsing our website, registering an account, or placing an order for our botanical personal care formulations, you enter into a legally binding agreement governed by English Law.

• You must be at least 18 years of age or possess parental consent to make purchases.
• You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and checkout is accurate, current, and complete.
• You must safeguard your account login credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

• Vanya Earth sells a curated collection of 12 luxury organic and alkaline botanical personal care formulations.
• All formulations are described as accurately as possible. However, as our formulations use cold-pressed natural ingredients, minor variations in botanical aroma or colour hue may naturally occur between seasonal batches.
• All orders are subject to stock availability. In the unlikely event an item is unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you promptly and issue a full immediate refund in GBP.

• All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (GBP, £) and include standard UK Value Added Tax (VAT at 20%) where applicable.
• In strict accordance with UK e-commerce financial compliance, all calculations are maintained in integer pence minor units to eliminate rounding discrepancies.
• Delivery fees are clearly displayed prior to final order confirmation.

• When you submit an order, you will receive an automated order confirmation email acknowledging receipt.
• A legally binding contract of sale is formed only when we dispatch your goods and send a formal Dispatch Confirmation email containing carrier tracking details.
• We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order prior to dispatch in cases of pricing error, suspected fraud, or delivery address anomalies.

• Payments are securely processed through our PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant partners: Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay) and PayPal.
• We never store complete debit or credit card numbers or security CVV codes on our servers.

• Deliveries are fulfilled via Royal Mail Tracked 48 standard delivery across the UK Mainland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, and Crown Dependencies.
• Complimentary regular tracked delivery applies to orders with a net merchandise subtotal exceeding £40.00.

• Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a statutory right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods.
• Hygiene & Seal Exception: For health and hygiene reasons under regulation 28(3)(a), personal care bottles, serums, facial oils, and cream jars cannot be returned if the protective security seal has been broken or unsealed after delivery.

• Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, products supplied must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.
• If you receive a damaged or faulty item, notify us within 30 days at parth.mehta@bfuturecompany.uk with photographic evidence. We will arrange a free Royal Mail return and provide an immediate replacement or full refund.

• All trademarks, logos, botanical artwork, photography, formulations, packaging designs, and text on vanyaearth.co.uk are the exclusive property of B FUTURE INNOVATION UK LTD. Any unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

• Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or statutory rights that cannot be excluded under UK consumer protection laws.
• Our total liability arising out of any order is strictly limited to the purchase price paid for the relevant products.

• These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You and B FUTURE INNOVATION UK LTD agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
