Returns & Refunds

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the statutory right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you (or a third party designated by you) receive the goods.

In accordance with Regulation 28(3)(a) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the right to cancel and return does not apply to:

"Goods that are sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons, once unsealed after delivery."

Because Vanya Earth produces organic botanical skincare, shampoos, and facial oils, products can only be returned for a change-of-mind refund if:

   The bottle/jar remains unopened and completely unused.

   The outer tamper-evident hygiene seal is 100% intact.

   The item is in its original luxury packaging.

We handle returns under four distinct legal categories:

• Change of Mind (Unopened): 14-day cancellation window. Customer covers return postage unless returning an order of £60+.
• Damaged in Transit: Free immediate Royal Mail return label and priority replacement.
• Faulty Formulation / Defective Dispenser: Free return and full refund or replacement under Consumer Rights Act 2015.
• Incorrect Product Received: Free exchange and return arranged immediately at our expense.

   Email our Returns Team at parth.mehta@bfuturecompany.uk quoting your order number (e.g. VE-2026-XXXXXX) and reason.

   We will generate an authorized Return Merchandise Reference (RMA) and a prepaid Royal Mail return postage QR code / label.
3. 3
   Drop off the package at any UK Post Office or Royal Mail Customer Service Point.

• Once received at our UK facility, items are inspected within 2 business days.
• Approved refunds are credited directly to your original payment method (Stripe or PayPal) in GBP within 3–5 business days.
